Setting up sacred space is foundational to all Sens8tion offerings as it creates a clear & safe physical environment for energy to flow. The Ayurveda Moon workshop invites participants to step into such a space every two weeks. Birthed from a deep connection to the moon & Ayurvedic wisdom, this ceremonial workshop harnesses lunar & seasonal rhythms to facilitate intention-setting & reflection. Outside of Ayurveda Moon, it is one of my joys to add a little extra sparkle & depth to major life transitions. ✨ Personalized ceremonies include energetic space-cleansing, infusion of reiki energy, guided meditation, altar creation, and facilitation of heartfelt ritual. All ceremonies include thorough planning sessions to ensure vision-alignment. From weddings, to birth celebrations and name-giving ceremonies, sacred space can be infused into any occasion. Words cannot describe how blessed we were to have Rachel to officiate our marriage in front of 165 of our closest family & friends. But Rachel did not make this your standard wedding ceremony; we had multiple meetings in the months leading up where she dove deep into our unique personalities as individuals to fully understand us as a couple & our soul connection. She used this to develop a series of rituals that represented us and our lifelong commitment to one another. Rachel began the ceremony leading a short meditation, which grounded both us and all of our guests as we began. allowing us to fully focus on the present. She then rooted our ceremony around honoring the elements - Earth, Air, Fire, & Water - creatively bringing each of them into our union in a beautiful way that was personalized to us as a couple & the stunning location of our ceremony. She created a safe container for us to express our deeply personal vows and empowered us to bravely share them with our loved ones. Dozens of guests commented about how it was the most personalized, special ceremony they've ever seen at a wedding and there was not a dry eye in sight. I truly cannot recommend Rachel enough to lead another wedding ceremony or any other important ritual you may be planning in your life. She will pour her heart and soul into developing something with you that is tailored to your desires and is filled with compassion, love, empathy and deep thoughtfulness.
